Villa Rosa Flower Café was built not only to serve coffee and flowers, but also to become a place that supports culture, creativity, and local talent.

In line with the vision of Angeles City Tourism in promoting Kapampangan culture, we are officially launching our Art Sessions. A small creative space for Kapampangan artists to share their passion, showcase their works, and connect with the community.

To our fellow artists around Angeles City who are interested to collaborate with us together with the , feel free to join and be part of this growing creative community.
