CALLING OUT J&T SERVICE. (Santo Domingo, Angeles City) ‼️
I just want to share what happened to me today. One of my customers from the 3rd batch didn’t answer the rider’s call when the parcel was being delivered, so the rider returned it to the branch where I shipped it.
When I went to J&T today, there was a different employee who helped me ship my 4th batch of orders. I asked him about the returned parcel, but he hadn’t checked it yet. Instead of properly looking for it, he kept saying that they didn’t have it and told me to go to the J&T Santo Rosario branch or even the J&T warehouse. Like, why would I go there?
I tried searching for the warehouse location, but I wasn’t even sure where it was. So I went back to that same branch and asked him to check again. He said they still didn’t have it, looked around at the other return parcels, and again told me to go to the other branch.
So I went there. The staff at the other branch (J&T Santo Rosario, Angeles City) were very accommodating. ❤️ They even showed me on their computer and lists that they hadn’t received the return parcel. They told me it was still in the branch where I came from earlier.
I went back there again, already frustrated but trying to stay calm because I didn’t want to make a scene. The employee called the one who usually handles my orders. While on the phone, I could hear him complaining nonstop, saying things like “Sobrang dami kong gagawin,” “Sobrang daming shipment,” and “Magsasara na ako baka may dumating pa.”
At one point, he even said that his partner (the one who usually ships my parcels) wasn’t there. I told him that even if his partner wasn’t on duty, he could still look for the return parcel because it wasn’t returned to a specific person—it was returned to the branch itself. Should I really have to wait for that employee to be on shift just to find my return parcel?
I also showed him the proof picture of the returned parcel, which clearly had the same background as their branch, but he still kept insisting that they didn’t have it.
He kept complaining and insisting that he didn’t have my return parcel, and then suddenly, while he was talking, he found it right in front of him. The parcel he’d been saying wasn’t there was literally right in front of him the whole time.
He acted like nothing happened, but honestly, I was so disappointed. He wasted my time and money. I had to go back and forth just to get that return parcel.
To J&T, please take action against employees like this, those who complain in front of customers instead of addressing the problem properly.
And to you, sir, whom I met today, I hope you do your job properly and give the best service you can to your customers. Yes, you are exhausted, and so are we. Everyone is. I hope you learned from this. God bless. 🙏
