Pinagalitan ko ang customer and he owned it!

Kuddos kay koyang customer for owning the mistake that he made. Bihira ako makaencounter ng ganito online kasi kadalasan sila pa ang galit.

For context umorder si kuya ng ATM skin and nireturn nya sa akin ang item with reasons na "wrong items" so I chatted him clarifying anong mali kasi clearly we sent him the correct items. Then he replied na mali nga sya ng design na naorder.
Kaya I asked him ano talaga ang gusto nyang order then siningit ko to educate him na ang delivery fee ng Returned Items or Products ay chinacharge sa Sellers.

Which is kalugian yun sa seller. Halimbawa 70 pesos worth ang product na inorder tapos ang shipping fee is 146. Hindi na kumita si seller, paluwal pa sya sa return fee.

This is just a reminder to all customers to please "BE RESPONSIBLE". Hindi lang sa tulad ni kuya na fault nya na namali sya ng order at binalik samin ang parcel. Kundi dun din sa mga naka-COD at hindi nag-iiwan ng pambayad ng parcel sa kasama sa bahay na pwedeng magrereceive. Pag ganyan kasi ang case madalas binabalik na saming mga sellers ang parcel.

I would like to thank again this customer for not being rude and accepting his own mistake.
