Tofu Sisig
A healthier alternative to traditional pork sisig.
Simple, easy and delicious.
Deep fried tofu cubes seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers.
This appetizing recipe boasts an intensely savory flavor that makes it stand out from the pack. Here's how. Enjoy! 😊

Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown. Set aside.
Mix the tofu sauce by simply combining the
liverspread, original knorr liquid seasoning, and calamansi juice.
Toss everything in the pot. Tofu, sauce, onions and chillies.
Toss the ingredients until its well coated with the mixture.
Serve and Enjoy! 😊

Pinakbet

Pinakbet is a pungent Filipino vegetable stew
composed of a medley of vegetables.
The combination of savory, slightly sweet vegetables with different textures and an umami-rich sauce will surely become an instant favorite.
This classic Filipino dish is tasty, nutritious, and budget-friendly, too! It's done like this. Enjoy! 😊

Heat oil in pan and sauté ginger, garlic and onions.
Add tomatoes and continue sautéing until soft.
Add bagoong (fish paste), stir and cover.
Let it simmer for 30 seconds.
Toss all of the vegetables and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Begin gently sauteing the ginger, garlic and onion in a medium pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir it allowing to absorb the aroma for 2 minutes then add the fish sauce. Cook for about five minutes. Pour in the rice wash and cook for 20 minutes bringing out the flavorful broth of the chicken. Add the Malunggay, cook until it is just wilted, 2 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy! 😊
