How Much Does A House Construction Cost In The Philippines?
The cost “per square meter” estimate, which currently ranges from PhP 23,000 to PhP 35,000, is a rough and aggressive ballpark figure based on prevailing cost of construction in the Philippines. We use it in initial client presentations only for reference purposes, but we do not actually charge based on it. The determination of the actual project cost entails a more accurate and detailed cost analysis based on some factors like: total floor area, material and finish specifications (which can be from the most basic to the outright luxurious), lot location and topography, and time frame – a house can be done faster with more manpower, but this adds to the cost.
The better alternative is the other way around. Give us your budget and our architect will design a custom house with the appropriate size and maximum specifications that can be bought with what you can afford.
Confidently, we assure you that when we build your home, the projected cost of the construction is fairly accurate because our cost estimate is based on correct “value engineering” principles. We are able to work on your budget by coming up with the best alternative materials and methods without sacrificing quality. So, just tell us how much you are willing to invest and we can start from there...But dont worry still we make your home strong,,and sound You/or we can design almost anything ,, for example.. bamboo, concrete and many other cheap raw materials all you MUST CONSIDER THE FLOOD, TYPHOON, THE HOT CLIMATE during summer time..we can still make a proper design for this kind of home.. likewise the bahay kubo style but made of concrete and kawayan....tell me your budget and i or we will design your home affordable..
Thank you,
Victor
