Vicarville Project Update

We are close to completion.

But yes — this project will be delayed by about 60 days.

Why?

Because we refused to compromise.

Some of the workmanship done earlier was not good enough for us.

Could we have hidden it?
Yes.

Would the client have noticed?
Maybe not.

But that’s not the kind of builder we want to be.

So we made the difficult decision to redo the work properly — even if it cost us more time and money.

Because when we hand over a house, we want to know one thing:
