Pwede ba gawing OMAD ang pastil? 🍚

may mga students talagang nag-OMAD.
Yung tipong first meal nila ay after classes na dahil sa quizzes, org works, commute, o minsan… tipid mode.
Pero okay na nga ba ‘yon?
The One-Meal-A-Day diet (OMAD), also known as 23:1 intermittent fasting means eating all your daily calories within one hour and fasting for the remaining 23 hours. Some studies show na pwede itong makatulong sa weight loss at body fat reduction for certain people.
OMAD (One Meal A Day) works for some people.
Pero tandaan: hindi porket isang beses ka lang kumain sa isang araw, OMAD na agad.
Ang totoong OMAD meal ay planned meal na may sapat na calories, protein, fiber, at nutrients para hindi ka madaling mapagod o mawalan ng focus sa buong araw.
Ayon sa nutrition experts, ang isang balanced OMAD plate usually may:
🥩 Protein — chicken, fish, tofu
🥑 Healthy fats — nuts, avocado, oils
🥦 Vegetables & fiber — greens, vegetables
🌾 Carbs — rice, grains, or root crops
So saan papasok ang pastil?
Ang pastil ay may:
✅ Boiled egg option → added nutrients & fullnes; source of protein
✅ Rice → energy for studying

✅ Chicken → protein for focus & stamina
Meaning:
