Here are things FIVE THINGS to consider when designing your property for AirBnb.

1. Know your TARGET market. 🎯
> To sell to everyone is to sell to no one.
You have to define your target market. Once you identify them, build your design around them- how you want them to feel, the things they would love to do, or even the food that they would like to try.

2. Provide an experience. ⭐️
> Whether it be a gaming console, a massage chair, or even a welcome basket, it is always important to consider providing a little extra for them.

3. They can always go for a hotel, but they didn’t. 🏡
> Aside from other AirBnbs being more affordable than hotels, one of the things that’s lacking with hotel rooms is warmth. You get into the room and it feels cold and lacks personality. So when you design your AirBnb make sure that you provide these things to your guest.

4. What you write says a lot. ✍️
> Give good attention to your AirBnb listing description. How you write your listing and the things that you write says a lot about the service they will get and they experience they will have.

5. Customer Service is KING. 👑
