This secret convo with my suki is one of the reasons I never stop considering customer feedback as one of my metrics to grasp the right consistency. In business and customer service, perfection doesn't always cost loyalty, but consistency does.
Suki #1: Sakin kasi mas okay ganito e yung parang paste yung type, ayoko nung crunchy yung garlic.
Me: Ay tlaga?
Suki #1:Ang tagal ko na kasi natry yung huli mo.. alam ko lang masarap d io na matandaan texture dati.
Pero ung ngayon okay sya e
Me: You sent
Opo pero yung pork confit dat crunchy sy talaga po
Suki #1: Yung dati kasi po ata hindi masyado nakakagat yun eh hehe parang paste din
Suki #1: Basta ito yung best chili garlic. Nanghinayang nga yung iba sa store di daw naka order.
Wala pa naman ako pina try nito na napahiya ako. Even sa family ng husband ko last Christmas sobrang nagustuhan nila.
Me: Sisikapin ko next week ma'am maka pag production ulit promise..
Suki #1: Wala talaga ko mahanap na makakapantay..
