Thin blue smoke... and a crazy dream about exceeding expectations. So it begins, the crazy dream of starting my own restaurant, though you almost cant call it a restaurant. In fact it’s only a tiny place with room for less than 10 people and a somewhat delusional norwegian chef doing american bbq in the Philippines. 3 months of quarantine has given me time to build a smoker even though i never hav

e done any welding before, but luckily i had good help. So we will see how this works out. If all goes well and with help from family, friends and future customers, maybe my BBQ House will be a new star in town.
