Dominic Escobar skillfully renders images that celebrate his roots. Hailing from Turkuran, Zamboanga del Sur, his art serves as a bridge for viewers into the beautiful rural landscape. In "Emphasis 2" he mixes traditional techniques with contemporary approaches. Now based in Manila, he continues to proudly represent Mindanao through his art.

Reynaldo Cielo proudly represents his roots through his work. Being one of the pillars of visual art in the city of Iligan, he has helped build greater appreciation for art and has highlighted the beauty of local culture in Lanao. His commitment and love for the environment is seen in his use of recycled material in his works.

"Torogan" is Cielo's depiction of the greatness of Lanao culture and tradition.

Jesson Buco is a dedicated visual artist from Zamboanga del Sur. Growing up amidst the Zamboanga Peninsula's vibrant landscape helped him develop a deep appreciation for the scenic beauty of his surroundings. "Lipad 14" is one of Jesson's masterpieces that has perfectly captured the idyllic atmosphere of rural living.

"Lipad 14"is part of "Under Southern Skies" an exhibit mounted by the gallery for Mindanao Art 2024 at SM Lanang Premiere which runs from Sept. 27-Oct. 6,2024.

Drawn to different forms of art, Almeda blended his interest on modern and minimalist design. His use of surrealistic, pop and naturalistic approach in painting has allowed him to aptly manipulate acrylic as a medium--utilizing both color and form to tell stories. His prowess in both subject and medium is apparent in "Where the quiet leads".

Densen's artwork is one of the works exhibited in "From Under Southern Skies" for Mindanao Art Fair 2024 at SM Lanang Premiere. The fair runs from September 27 to October 6,2024.
