MGA Project: "The Metallic Eco-Luxe Studio"

When your client’s daily life revolves around high-end manufacturing, the home should be a reflection of that mastery. For this 1-bedroom condo unit, Cüro Spaces integrated the client’s own expertise showcasing their signature stainless steel products and intricate laser-cutting techniques and softened the industrial edge with refreshing green accents.

From the sleek, modern stainless steel kitchen cabinets to the stunning custom overhead metal shelving and geometric wall art in the living area, every corner celebrates precision craftsmanship.

Boasting one of our specialty features of having storage without compromise!

- In the Kitchen: To truly maximize the overhead storage without sacrificing accessibility, we incorporated seamless pull-down racks behind those sleek stainless steel faces. It keeps the counters completely clutter-free while ensuring everything stays within arm's reach.

- In the Bedroom: Our desperately needed more wardrobe storage but absolutely refused to close off the natural light and views. Our solution? A bespoke, see-through closet system featuring tinted glass doors and a minimalist metal frame. By placing the wardrobe strategically, we maximized storage while allowing natural light to filter beautifully through. To frame the main window, we incorporated a stunning, laser-cut patterned shroud that echoes the home’s industrial narrative while keeping the room feeling open and bright.

Designing a first home for a newlywed couple is a profound experience. It’s more than a selection of finishes; it’s about crafting the foundation where a life together begins and a family's story unfolds.

In a beautiful twist of timing, life moved even faster than the construction! By the time we turned over the keys, the couple’s "personal narrative" had already gained its most precious chapter: a bubbly new addition to the family had arrived to call this sanctuary home.

For this townhouse in Iloilo City, our clients came to us with a clear vision: a space that captures the soothing essence of cozy beaches and keeps warm memories tucked into every corner. They arrived with an organized checklist of design requirements, and we are so honored to say we ticked every single box! ✅

What makes this space shine:
🎨 The Seaside Palette: We paired deep coastal blues with sandy wood tones and rattan textures to bring that beachside serenity indoors.
🎨 Small Space, Big Function: From the custom-designed banquette dining nook to the seamless home office tucked under the stairs, every inch is optimized for a modern, busy lifestyle.
🎨 Warm Minimalism: The slatted wood details and soft lighting create an atmosphere that feels both high-end and incredibly "homey."
🎨 Molded by Narrative: We integrated personalized shelving and display nooks throughout, allowing the couple’s memories and future milestones to take center stage.

How do you make a 1-bedroom condo feel like a multi-zone suite? At Cüro Spaces, we specialize in the art of "functional flow."

For this transitional unit perfectly situated near the city's best schools and malls, we leaned into a sophisticated Industrial-Modern palette.

Notice the details:
💡 The Divider: We used black slatted partitions to separate the sleeping area without blocking natural light or airflow.
💡 The Sleep Zone: A sleek, matte-black bunk bed system maximizes vertical space for future rental potential.
💡The Workspace: A dedicated "window-view" long desk with integrated wood cabinetry, perfect for students or remote workers.
💡 The Palette: A moody blend of concrete-grey walls, warm wood fluting, and olive-green upholstery for a grounded, organic feel.

DAA Project: "Tailored Transitions"

When a growing family approached us, their goal was clear: they needed a functional "landing pad" for school days. With their kids studying nearby, this condo needed to be a restful pit stop between classes and activities. 🏫✨

Budget transparency is key to a successful project. To honor their maximum investment, we took a High-Low Design Approach:

✔ Invested in bespoke built-in carpentry where it mattered most for flow and feel.
✔ Integrated "off-the-shelf" wardrobes and beddings to keep costs smart and flexible.

And to keep it unique? We skipped the standard PVC flute trend. Instead, we played with patterns and textures while still sticking to the requested material, giving the walls a rhythmic, one-of-a-kind soul.

The holiday season is here, and we're taking a brief pause to allow our dedicated team to recharge and spend quality time with our families. We sincerely appreciate your trust and business this past year!
