⌲ DM color/type/amount of any mentioned. We only take PRE-ORDERS.
You may pick a color from our suggested list of colors, or you may request for a specific color or whether you want regular or different types of yarn which are not on the list. This does however imply that pricing may vary according to what is being requested.
⌲ Any and everything is to be discussed with the seller before any payment is to be made.
⌲ Minimum work of 2 weeks for small orders; months notice for big orders
As previously mentioned in our post, we only take PRE-ORDERS which means that each purchase is specially made for each and every order placed, and since some products take time to be made (depending on size or quantity), it is deeply important to us that we are given a heads up to get our items done ahead of time.
⌲ There might be some differences between the reference photos given and the actual product, for everything is made to order and done by hand
Since our crochet business is all PRE-ORDERS and HANDMADE it cannot be helped whenever our products are not a hundred percent the same as the given reference.
⌲ Cancellations are not allowed; a 50% down payment is required first.
As mentioned, since our business is PRE-ORDERS we use the 50% down payment to buy the needed materials for your orders, which means that we cannot return your down payment once an order has been made.
⌲ Rush Orders are negotiable but may cost more
Since we do PRE-ORDERS we recommend that you order ahead of time, preferably a month or two for big quantities of orders, for small orders such as our keychains of Amigurumis, a week or two would be deeply appreciated. However, if you wish to make an order and get it done in less than a week (small orders) or in less than a month (for big orders) then there will be ADDITIONAL COSTING.
However, please discuss with the seller when and what you want to have ordered to see whether the order will be accepted or not.
⌲ Any unique commissions can be discussed.
Special Commissions! A personal favorite, being able to create something not on our list, but as stated above the wanted commission must always be discussed with the seller. A discussion on what is wanted will be done with either the seller or customer sending references to see whether it is what is wanted or to make adjustments.
