Running 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐞’𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐬 taught me patience and creativity.
Working in HR for more than a decade taught me structure and organization.
