Its distinctive purpose lay in the fabrication and installation of Modular Cabinets, alongside Glass and Aluminum Doors and Windows. Notably, its inception revolved around the consolidation and management of skilled workforce, a strategic move afforded by its status as a subsidiary of a well-known contractor. This subsidiary status bore significant advantages. It offered Top-Works immediate access to a reservoir of talent and essential resources, propelling the nascent company into action. Equally significant, its parent company continually funneled projects toward it, providing an invaluable platform for Top-Works to refine its prowess within its chosen specialties during its embryonic years. Yet, in the grand tapestry of its evolution, a pivotal chapter began in the year 2019. Top-Works Builders, having outgrown the protective mantle of its parent, ventured beyond its confines. It undertook the establishment of a dedicated marketing and sales department, poised to extend its services to a broader clientele. This strategic leap led to a surge in project acquisitions, marking a significant turning point in the company’s journey. By 2023, Top-Works Builders had undergone a profound metamorphosis. It expanded its footprint, establishing a cutting-edge production facility in the heart of Toclong, Kawit, Cavite. Simultaneously, the company relocated its headquarters to this strategic locale.
