Mang Joe, a buko vendor from Quezon, San Isidro, Isabela, revealed his struggles after the pandemic hit the community. According to Mang Joe, he was extremely affected by the situation. Due to lockdown, Mang Joe had to stop his job. He was distraught because being a "buko vendor" is his only source of income to support his family.

Given the company's mission, Ecovation company is socially responsible and is willing to extend support to small workers like Mang Joe. Ecovation company will continue to find its purpose as it upholds innovative solution from the waste of coconuts and turns it from nothing to beautiful craftsmanship. From this, Ecovation company will not just give support to the small workers but give fruitful opportunities as well.

The 3-year vendor, Mang Joe, continues to work hard to provide for his family, even though his employment does not pay as well as other jobs. Mang Joe thinks that no matter how difficult life is if you work hard enough, you can survive.

The corporate secretaries are in charge of organizing and coordinating board meetings. They are in charge of all aspects of the meeting, from setting the agenda to planning the logistics. They are required to attend meetings and guarantee that minutes are taken. They are also in charge of organizing regular committee and shareholder meetings.

By ensuring that the board of directors has the information and tools they require to fulfill their responsibility to shareholders, the corporate secretary fosters corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
