1. How to avail?
➡ Please send us your high-resolution image via Messenger, Instagram, or our email; [email protected].

2. How do I pay?
➡ This is a Payment First Policy. We accept payments via Gcash or Bank Transfer. The payment can't be refunded once the artwork is started.

3. How long does the drawing usually take?
➡ Due to the number of commissions, drawings will be done and sent in 5 days usually, though we will always finish them as early as possible.

4. How will I receive the drawing?
➡ We will send the image in PNG file format via email.

5. Do you do revisions?
➡ Yes. One revision that is communicated within the day, when the drawing is sent, is allowed.

6. Will the drawing have a watermark?
➡ No, we will not place a watermark on the drawings. However, please do credit us once you post it. Tags and/or mentions would be highly appreciated.
