- Scan in or take a well-lit photo of the artwork and send it to us via direct message.
- Handwriting/artwork in black ink on a white background works best but not required.
- Handwriting layout and size may be changed to fit on the pendant, but we will not alter the design
- Thickness of engraving will depend on the thickness of the pen on your photo.
- Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all personalization and layout requests.

GIFT INFORMATION
- All of our jewelries are shipped in a branded gift box, without order or pricing details. We can also accommodate printing a message card with your own handwriting.

PRODUCTION TIME
- Our current production time for most items is 1-2 weeks.
