Before our modern tumblers and insulated bottles existed, this was one of the early solutions for keeping drinking water cool.
The Acme Water Cooler, now almost 100 years old.

Workers in factories, workshops, and farms used this metal container with a thick glass insert to store clean, cool water throughout the day. The glass held the water, while the heavy metal body protected it from heat and impact. an early form of insulation long before stainless steel technology.

It’s a simple but smart design that shows how people stayed hydrated decades before today’s tumblers and water bottles.
