A 1-bedroom unit at Callisto at Circuit, Makati, designed in a sleek, minimalistic style. The bedroom is pared down to just the essentials - a comfortable bed, vanity table/desk, and warm lighting. At the common area, we created a custom dining bench that partitions the foyer so that more storage could be added behind. A secondary desk tucked into the corner of the living room gives the unit owner plenty of natural light and a view of the outdoors while working

What a fun challenge it was working on this coastal themed unit at Grand Soho, Makati owned by a young couple!

Their one request was to convert the second bedroom into a lounge and home office for the husband - with the ability to close off the area for noise control, while letting natural light to flow into the rest of the unit. We achieved this by installing sliding glass doors.

On the opposite end of the unit, the cozy dining nook merges with the foyer, and across it is another home office for the wife - neatly aligned with storage cabinets. This desk was uniquely designed for a lady who needed a stylized backdrop for video calls. We created a movable desk that would allow her to have a flexible set up.

Another problem was the compact kitchen which used to have an awkward layout - with a washing machine right beside the cooktop! We reorganized the layout into a galley, so that one side of the room is designated for cooking, and the opposite side for utility/laundry.

Problems solved, and now the couple can relax in their cozy, coastal space ✨

Our third project at West Gallery Place, BGC - and I'm loving every opportunity I get to work here ❤️ This is a 1-bedroom unit designed specifically for a young lady.

There's a lot going on behind that minimalist looking wall at the living room. We integrated an invisible door to hide the aircon maintenance room, and on the opposite end - a tall storage cabinet for concealing cleaning equipment and shoes.

Sometimes a quick and simple fix such as replacing the finishes of your kitchen cabinetry, can make a huge difference in creating a cohesive look. With the addition of a kitchen island, there is now more prep space and seating for guests.

Soft, neutral tones and warm lighting applied all throughout the unit creates a truly cozy, modern ambiance ✨

With such limited space in this 2-bedroom unit at Oak Harbor Residences, Paranaque, we had to create a compact work-from-home desk in the living room. The tiny office desk merges seamlessly with the TV console.

With nowhere else to place a pantry cabinet and extra refrigerator, we thoughtfully incorporated these into the dining banquette design.
