HR and Admin Specialist
Job Description:
- Developing and implying, enting HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances or other issues.
- Handling corporate legal and government events.
- President's assist in informing and maintaining employee records.
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
- Employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Conduct any other assigned tasks necessary to perform the role
Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Develop, review and improve the administrative system, policies, and procedures.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
