Last September we launched our Kokedama orchids at Wellness with & .kobo 💕

Kokedamas are a form of plant art that has its origins in Japan. From the words “Koke” meaning moss and “dama” meaning ball, the kokedama is a plant whose roots are covered in soil and then wrapped in moss forming a spherical sculptural shape.

An earthy and organic way to present orchids, the kokedama orchid is a great personal display piece or a sweet gift idea for a plant or flower lover. Our version includes a wooden vessel for the base.

Running Through My Vines is a reflection piece by .

The installation, in the shape of a vein branching out in different directions, was composed of bamboo, fresh flowers, dried flowers, branches, grasses, and foliage. It sought to depict in natural form a glimpse into what grows within us - beauty, freshness, dryness, imperfection, decay, growth. It asked viewers the question: what do you allow to grow inside you?
