This will serve as your order guide, as requested by our recent customers. Please follow all instructions for a smooth transaction.
Important Note: Since we don't have a website, we only accept direct messages.
Instructions:
1. Choose your Order
- Send us a private message. You can choose from the uploaded products of our shop and take a screenshot. If possible, encircle your preferred product to specify. For a customized order, let us know first.
- We will review your order and check the product's availability because some of our products are limited in terms of stock. Once we have reviewed your order, we will send you the order form and pricelist.
2. Fill Out the Order Form
- Complete all important details and send the form back to us to confirm. We do value your privacy. Once your order is confirmed and started, strictly no cancellations of orders. Respect artists.
3. 50% to 100% Payment
- We will only start your order once you have paid half-upfront or full payment. We are accepting GCash.
4. Processing your Order
- We will send progress shots of your order. Some orders may take time to complete but as much as possible we will process it immediately.
5. Deliver your Order
- We will send a picture of your order before shipping. Shipping fees are handled by the buyer, but we are also open to meetups around NU-Manila and Malabon City only.
6. Receive your Order
- Once received, we are hoping that you can send us a picture or a video of your order. Feedbacks are very much appreciated to further enhance the quality of our branding.
