Crafted from birch ply with a natural matte finish, each built-in strikes a balance between raw texture and refined lines—pared down, but never plain. Functional yet warm. Streamlined but still layered with just the right amount of visual interest and intention.

Imagine dwelling within the footprint of just 14 square meters. Cramped? Perhaps to the untrained eye. But to us, it’s an exercise in spatial choreography—compact, efficient, and unapologetically bold.

Designing within these constraints demanded more than aesthetic flair; it called for precision planning, clever joinery, and a rigorous edit of essentials. Every millimeter pulled its weight. The client’s fearless approach to color injected vibrancy into an otherwise neutral shell, proving that scale is no match for personality. In this microcosm of design, form met function—and neither backed down.

In this unapologetically expressive interior, MCM (mid-century modern) makes a bold resurgence—rendered not as nostalgic kitsch, but as a sensorial, curated dialogue between form, function, and play.

A rust-hued modular sofa anchors the space, framed by a bold striped rug and accented with mossy greens and neutrals.

Graphic rhythm emerges through curved silhouettes—Formakami lamps, dual-tone coffee tables, and Panton dining chairs—all dancing against a calm palette of beige walls and pale timber flooring.

A vinyl wall doubles as art installation, while a Bauhaus-inspired mural and Nic Graham lounge chair in houndstooth fabric activate the listening nook with retro flair. Shelving becomes scenography, peppered with design books, quirky objects, and a wink of Kusama red.

This isn’t just a living space—it’s a mood board come to life, where every object has a punchline and every corner invites a closer look. The result is a masterclass in joyful curation, proof that good design doesn’t just sit pretty—it grooves.

Tucked away in the southern suburbs of Parañaque, this compact townhouse is a quiet study in restraint and intention. Drawing from Japandi’s grounded sensibilities, the design leans into warm, desaturated tones and an honest palette of tactile materials—think lime-washed walls, raw timber, and matte stone finishes.

The layout was subtly reworked to favor flow over formality, allowing natural light to thread its way through the interiors from morning to dusk. Storage was integrated seamlessly into architectural volumes, eliminating visual clutter and emphasizing clean sightlines.

There’s a deliberate quietness to the space—a kind of spatial exhale—where every detail, from the flush baseboards to the softened corners, contributes to a lived-in calm. It’s not minimalism for minimalism’s sake, but a cultivated sense of ease; a home that doesn’t ask for attention, but gently holds it.
