Overthinking doesn't begin with panic. It begins with one small "what if"... until your mind convinces your heart to fear what God has already taken care of. 🤍
Minsan, ang pinakamalaking battle natin isn't what's happening around us... it's what's happening inside our minds.
Your mind starts with one question...
then suddenly, you're carrying a hundred worries..
Bago mo pa namalayan, pagod ka na sa mga problemang hindi pa naman nangyayari.
Ang totoo, hindi naman natin mako-control ang future by overthinking.
Pero we can lose the peace that God is giving us today.
Overthinking makes fear sound louder than God's promises.
It makes us question tomorrow instead of trusting the One who already holds it.
But lately, I'm learning to pray differently.
Instead of saying,
"Lord, paano kung hindi mag-work?"
I'm choosing to say,
"Lord, I surrender every 'what if' to You. Remind me that You're already working, even when I can't see it."
Because while I'm worrying...
God is already making a way.
While I'm trying to figure everything out...
God is already one step ahead.
While I'm waiting...
God is still faithful.
So today, I'm choosing to trust more than I overthink.
Hindi lahat ng tanong kailangan ng sagot ngayon.
Sometimes, all we need is to remember that God is already holding tomorrow. 🤍
