Year End Party + Likha Excellence Award 2025

Creativents Advertising closed the year on a high note with its much-anticipated Year End Party + Likha Excellence Award 2025, a vibrant celebration of creativity, teamwork, and the people who bring ideas to life.. literally and relentlessly.
Held last December 19, 2025, the event transformed the Creativents Office Warehouse into a bohemian-inspired creative haven, filled with music, color, laughter, and heartfelt recognition. More than just a year-end gathering, the night was a tribute to the true heart of the company: its people.
Celebrating the People Behind Every Build, Every Event, Every Win
With the theme “Blessings Pa More, Ikaw ang Core!”, the celebration honored the individuals and teams who work behind the scenes, often through tight deadlines, late-night ingress, complex builds, and high-pressure ex*****ons to deliver excellence in Exhibit Fabrication, Event Management, Interior Architecture, Creatives, and Branding.
From the opening program to the closing remarks, the message was clear: Creativents grows because its people grow.
The evening kicked off with registration, music, and a reflective opening program, followed by management remarks and a powerful 2025 AVP recap, showcasing the company’s milestone projects, award-winning booths, and defining moments of the year. It was a proud reminder of how far the company has come and how much stronger it has become together.
Likha Excellence Award 2025: Honoring Excellence, Passion, and Purpose
The highlight of the night was the kick off of Likha Excellence Award 2025, Creativents’ annual recognition program that celebrates outstanding performance, leadership, creativity, and dedication across all departments.
Each award category reflected a core value of the organization from sales excellence and project leadership to creativity, administrative support, and fabrication leadership. The awards honored individuals who consistently went beyond their roles, supported their teams, and upheld the company’s standard of quality and integrity.

Ms. Chrys Gabais as awardee of Top Sales Achiever 2025 – for driving growth and client trust
Mr. Mar Albino as awardee of Excellence in Project Management – for precision, leadership, and delivery
Mr. Charles Fuellas as awardee of Excellence in Creativity and Innovation – for bold ideas and inspired design
Ms Lhaine Collera as awardee of Outstanding Administrative Support – for being the backbone of daily operations
Mr. Lhoy Jalos as awardee of Outstanding Fabrication Leader and Sub-Leader – for leadership on the ground and on-site
Mr. Ruffy Sagun as awardee of Outstanding Fabrication Sub Leader – for strong support, and reliablity.
Ms. Ashley Ramirez and Mr. Chan Pineda as awardees of Rising Star of the Year – for emerging talent and future leaders
Each winner was recognized not just for results, but for character, teamwork, and commitment, the very essence of likha.
Beyond the awards, the night was filled with team performances, games, raffles, shared meals, and moments of laughter that reminded everyone that creativity thrives best in community. From office teams to fabrication crews, everyone had a place on the stage and in the spotlight.
As the night closed with a group photo, and after party celebration, one thing was undeniable:
