⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING / CUSTOMER ADVISORY
We are posting this as a warning to our customers and fellow flower buyers.
R&J Flower Shop / Jhon Wayne Dechavez has repeatedly used our original Dangwa Pasabuy photographs without our permission.
In the most recent incident, one of our customers showed us a message from them where our original flower arrangement photograph was sent to the customer and presented as their “New design” for reservation.
Our Dangwa Pasabuy logo/watermark is still clearly visible on the original photograph, yet the image was associated with R&J Flower Shop.
This is not the first time we have encountered our work/photos being used this way. We have already informed them previously to stop using our photographs without permission.
We have preserved the original photographs, posts, messages, screenshots, and other documentation and are pursuing the appropriate action regarding the unauthorized use of our copyrighted material.
Customers are advised to verify the source of photos and flower arrangements before making any payment or reservation.
This post is based on documented incidents and is intended solely to protect our customers and our business.
