Does sleeping well support mental wellbeing? 🧠
Sleep is not simply a pause: it is the time when the brain recovers, processes information and recharges. On World Mental Health Day, we want to remind you that taking care of your mind also starts with a good night’s sleep.
In the carousel, you’ll find some useful facts together with their sources. For adults aged 18 to 60, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recommends 7 or more hours of sleep per night. Getting enough sleep can help reduce stress and improve mood, attention, memory and performance in everyday activities.
Rest is an important ally, but it should never replace professional advice: if you are experiencing difficulties with your sleep or mood, talk to your doctor.
And you? How many hours do you sleep on average each night?
Let us know in the comments — we’d love to hear about your experience. If you know someone who could use this reminder, share the post with them. 💚
