The space is converted into a gym. Originally the space is only 21 sq.m, so we knocked off the wall going to verandah to make a larger interior space.

We provide accent color (Red) to enhance the productivity in a gym.

Red - Creates energetic environment

We gave large windows and large glass doors to provide natural light ventilation more in the interior space.

And put mirrors to create an illusion of a bigger space.

Design for renovation of LMO office. Rooms will be converted from standard hotel rooms to office spaces. It will be an open office type.

We took consideration the psychological properties of colors to enhance the productivity in a work space, and translate it in the design as accent walls / colors.

Yellow - Optimism (energetic & fresh)
Orange - Creates energetic environment
Blue and Green - Improves efficiency and focus

Plus providing large windows to provide natural light ventilation.

Green Architecture provides inspiration for the design of this Commercial building. it’s interiors of the upper floors supports the activities inside the household while the commercial spaces at the ground floor provides for the busy , fast paced life of Manila.
