HOW TO USE APAK APAK HEALING MAT
1. Place the Apak-Apak mat on the floor with the stud side up.
2. Step on the mat with both feet and walk in Place or jog on it. You may initially put a pair of socks to cushion your feet if you are not yet comfortable stepping on the studded mat barefooted.
3. Walk in place on the Apak-Apak while alternately changing directions (clockwise and counter-clockwise every few minutes to let the studs hit every reflex point on the soles of your feet.
4. For stress relief, use the Apak-Apak for 15 to 30 minutes before going to bed at night after taking a bath. You may repeat the procedure when you wake up in the morning.
5. For severe discomfort or ailment, use the Apak-Apak for one hour, 3 times a day. This will stimulate and activate the self-healing power of the body and will prove beneficial even for serious diseases such as cancer, diabetes, kidney problem, hypertension, etc.
After using the Apak-Apak mat, you may massage each foot for 5 minutes with powder, hot ointment or herbal oil with ginger extract.
