✅ Please advise us 1 day ahead if you wish your items to be shipped (👍👍Safekeeping ➡️UP TO 2️⃣ WEEKS is allowed as long as items are paid), STORAGE fee of🔥Php 100/month🔥for unclaimed packages within 2 weeks.
✅ Unclaimed packages beyond 6 months will be disposed of and no refund will be given unless there is a written communication or agreement with the seller on special storage terms.
✅NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, kindly make sure you’re 💯% sure when buying.
✅For items that were damaged while in transit, an unboxing VIDEO is required as this will be claimed from the courier/s. No video, no refund.
✅ Shipping schedule: bus ship-weekdays only, Lalamove-everyday, Flash/LBC/Gogo Express - Tuesday to Friday. Payment cut-off: 8AM
✅ Please give us 1 day to ready your item/s, 2-3 days forbulk orders. Usually 3 items below can be shipped same day once paid.
✅Please manage your EXPECTATIONS. Items sold may be preloved, unused or new. Some are vintage pieces. Some are still in their original boxes/containers. But we ensure that everything i.e. cracks, hairlines, chips or stains are checked and declared, if there’s any. Please give allowances on minor issues like rubbings, color loss/fading and crazings.
