One way to teach our mind through it is with GRATITUDE.🎀

Start writing down everything you have to be grateful for —whatever it may be. 📋✍🏼
Your health, having a place to live, the fact that you ate today, or🥙🥗
Having a friend you can call to share your troubles with.
Be as detailed as possible. 📝
You’ll be surprised at how long your list will become.

Your Gratitude now erases Negativity
There’s no room for it.
Joy and depression cannot coexist in the same time and space

It also shifts your focus from what you don’t have to what you do have.
Gratitude transforms your perception, and your perception shapes
your existence.

Now, after writing all that,
here’s what you do next:
Read the list you made of everything you’re grateful for every morning when you wake up,
and thank HIM for all of it. HE will bless you tenfold for everything you are grateful for. ✨
