We gladly celebrate this recognition at the first-ever 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, held by the Quezon Provincial Tourism Office in celebration of World Tourism Day 2025. 🌏

Malaya Artsy-Craftsy was recognized as the 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 (𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝), 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 — an honor that celebrates our commitment to showcasing the Quezonian identity through creativity, innovation, and community-driven craftsmanship. 🌸

This recognition fuels our mission to continue promoting local culture, livelihood, and creativity through meaningful projects and community work.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve as resource speakers on the topic "Financial Literacy" at Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National High School’s TLE activity entitled “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞, 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐀 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬." ✨

We facilitated a hands-on nilala demonstration for over a hundred students as a livelihood skill, and seeing their eagerness to learn — even with the challenges of the weaving process — truly made us proud! 🌹🧺

Malaya Artsy-Craftsy is deeply honored to have been part of the 𝐻𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑔𝑖 𝑎𝑡 𝑇𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑙𝑎𝑤 𝑛𝑔 𝑇𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑚𝑜 𝐴𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑠 2025 for World Tourism Day. We received a 𝐶𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐴𝑝𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 for our valuable contribution to Mauban tourism, and we were also proud nominees for the 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 during the municipality’s Tourism Month celebration. 🧡

Though we have been a little inactive due to the busy schedules of our members, moments like these remind us why we keep creating and sharing our passion. This recognition fuels us to continue on creating and supporting local arts, crafts, and culture. 🍃

We’ll surely come back stronger next year with more activities, events, and creativity to share with everyone. 🦋❤️‍🔥
