LV's character they say... but when the patina way is too much. the vachetta gets brown, stiff, dark, dirty, and it cracks - that's no beauty.

she decided to go full black chrome-tanned leather instead. softer, scratch resistant, doesnt fade, and it doesn't crack.

out of the closet for its intended purpose. now she can wear this lady again.

LV strap ends vachetta replacement

customer asked to fix only the strap ends and didn’t want them looking brand new

dyed the new vachetta and worked on speeding up the patina to blend in with the rest of the bag
