Please read our policies before placing an order.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY

• 50% Downpayment is required to confirm your order.
• No DP = No layout / No processing.
• Remaining 50% must be settled before release / pick-up.
• Payments made are non-refundable once layout/design is approved.

🎨 LAYOUT & APPROVAL

• We will send a layout for approval before printing.
• Please double check names, dates, spelling, colors, and details.
• Once approved, we are not liable for errors.
• Maximum of 2 minor revisions only (excess revisions may have additional fee).

🕒 PROCESSING TIME

• Standard processing time: 2-6 working days (depending on quantity and design complexity).

• Processing time may be longer during peak season or for bulk orders.

• ❌ We do NOT accept rush orders. Please plan ahead.

• Production will only start once the down payment (DP) is received.

• Order confirmation is required before we proceed with layout and printing.

📌 We highly recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks before your event date to avoid delays and ensure smooth processing.

• Late orders close to the event date will not be accommodated.
• Please make sure all details (names, dates, design approval) are final before production starts to avoid additional charges or delays.

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Downpayment is non-refundable if order is cancelled.
• No cancellation once printing has started.

📦 CLAIMING / DELIVERY

• Please settle full payment before claiming.
• We are not liable for damages once items are released.
• Make sure to check items upon receiving.

LAYOUT POLICY (Effective March 30, 2026)

To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, please be guided by the following layout policy:

1. Down Payment Requirement
A down payment is required before we begin creating any layout. No work will start without confirmation of the initial payment.
2. Free Layout Inclusion
Each team is entitled to one (1) free layout. This includes the initial design based on the details you provide.
3. Revision / New Layout Fee
Any request for changes that result in a new or revised layout beyond the free one will be charged ₱100 per layout.
4. Scope of Changes
Minor edits (such as small text corrections or simple adjustments) may be accommodated within the free layout. However, major changes (e.g., redesign, new concept, different theme, or significant content changes) will be considered a new layout and will incur the ₱50 fee.
5. Approval Process
Once the layout is approved, it will be considered final. Any further changes after approval will automatically be treated as a new layout request and charged accordingly.
6. Turnaround Time
Work will begin only after the down payment is received. Delivery time may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.
