❗️A.I. "ART" IS NOT ART.❗️

The true essence of art is connection through the human experience, mind, and soul expressed using any and every medium there is.

A.I. "art" is a slop of stolen work generated by computers and regurgitated into our algorithms, passing itself off as authentic works. It is not an expression; its very existence is a soulless, unimaginative, and poor imitation of life and what it has to offer. It is incapable of producing anything new as it can only reference and remix; devoid of skill.

The real artists whose works were stolen are never compensated for their efforts, and many are being accused of using A.I themselves as a result of their art styles and signatures being heavily sampled. In addition, they have lost employment opportunities as industries favor free outputs provided by A.I.

Let us not reduce our fellow artists to A.I. prompts and free labor. We should encourage the creation of more art from the minds and hands of people as well as support creators who value creativity, innovation, and art as itself.
