TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Package free installation is applicable within Panabo downtown area only.
• Package installation are based on an open wiring cable installation (cable tie or clip type only).
• Installs should be carried out in easily accessible areas without the need of additional labour work. Additional cost may incur for the following circumstances:
1. redecoration
3. building work
4. removal of floor boards, carpet lifting / laying
5. erecting poles
6. steel trunking / capping
7. exceptionally high ceilings
8. drilling through walls thicker than 300mm
• All items have 1 Year warranty (DVR , HDD and camera) and installation has three (3) months warranty.
• Installation quoted is within working hours from 9:00am till 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday,
except holidays.
• Remote Viewing & IT Issues
If we are unable to configure the remote viewing on the day of the scheduled installation due to
IT technical issues, ISP unavailability or lack of details such as Router IP address, user name and
password then scheduling will apply to remotely configure or revisit to complete the setup. The COMPANY cannot be held liable for CLIENTS IT issues such as change of router, failed connection,
change of Internet service provider, reset of router, new mobile phone, loss of settings on the router
or a new operating system.
