I think one of the biggest things being here has taught me is that taking the risk is always only the beginning. 🤎
There were a lot of times when I wondered if I was being unrealistic with my decisions, when things didn’t work, when plans fell apart, when I felt like I wasn’t doing enough, or when I simply had no idea what I was doing next. There were definitely times when giving felt like the easier thing to do. But somehow, I kept going.
My artistic journey didn’t grow because I always knew the right thing to do. Most of the time, I was just figuring it out as I went, learning from what didn’t work, and trying a different way the next time. And every time I wanted to stop, I reminded myself why I started in the first place and why I do this. It’s always been a loop for me, and I think that’s part of building something you truly care about. You’re still figuring things out, still making mistakes, and still growing. Again, the loop.
So if you’re standing at the edge of something you really want to try, take the risk. And if you fall, let yourself rest, but don’t stay there. Get back up. Try again. Find another way, if it really sparks joy in your heart!! We might not always know it, but sometimes, the only difference between the dream you imagined and the life you’re actually living.. is that you chose not to quit. 🤎
