Crib Concept Transforming ordinary spaces into extra ordinary

13/08/2026

One of the easiest ways to make a well-designed space feel off is choosing furniture and appliances without considering the size of the unit and each space.

A piece can look perfect on its own, but what matters is how everything works together like the size, layout of the unit, movement, and overall feel of the space.

That’s why at Crib Concept, we consider furniture and material selections as part of the design process, not something to figure out after the renovation is done. That’s a very expensive mistake to do.

Good design isn’t just about choosing beautiful pieces, it’s about making sure they make sense together and for the space you actually have.

The brief was specific: It should be tropical, coastal, vacation-feels. The unit should match with the name of the condo building. The goal: guests should walk in and feel the sea.

So that's exactly what we designed.

Meet Project Estelita, a complete transformation built around one vision: a sea breeze Airbnb that doesn't feel like just another condo.

The dominant palette is powder blue, soft, calming, and immediately evocative of the ocean.

For the decoration, every piece connects to the theme, sand-inspired textures, coral forms, under-the-sea elements woven through the entire space.

Hindi ito basta blue na kulay. This is designed para ma-feel ng guests na nasa tabi sila ng dagat.

One material that we used: rattan that you can see and feel. Lamps in varying shapes and heights. Spheres, circles, and ovals throughout giving the unit a visual richness that makes every corner worth looking at.

There are two hotel-style beds.

This is designed for guests who want somewhere special, not just somewhere to sleep.

This unit before ay wala sa market at hindi ma-rentahan.

And now, it's a destination guests choose specifically for what it feels like to be inside it.

That's the power of the right design and the right team.

There's a version of renovation that ends when the construction ends.

And then there's the version where the last few hours before turnover are treated as seriously as the first day of construction.

This is what we do.

The moment a client walks into their finished unit for the first time is very important to us. Everything they feel in those first few seconds is the result of every decision made in the hours before they arrived.

Not "good enough."

The curtain folds have to be right.
The decor has to sit exactly where the design placed it.
The floor has to be spotless
Even the fragrance matters, because the first thing you notice when you walk in shouldn't be the smell of construction.

We check every detail.

This isn't extra effort for us. It's the standard.

Because this is a new beginning for every client we work with. And a new beginning deserves to feel like one.

Message us the word STANDARD if you want a team that treats your space with this level of care.

The materials were fine, it was the installation that went wrong.

This is something most renovation companies won't say out loud.

But we will, because we've seen what happens when it's ignored.

The most expensive mid-project mistake is the moment you realize the person (or team) doing the work wasn't actually qualified to do it.

Nagsabi silang kaya nila.

And by the time you figure out the work isn't being done or isn't being done right, you've already lost time, budget, and the trust of everyone waiting on the project.

This is exactly why we pre-qualify every worker before we give them a Crib Concept project.

Not just "do you have experience?" but a real evaluation of their skills, their work history, and their ability to deliver the specific scope of work required.

When the right people are handling the project, things just run more smoothlyand the quality stays where it should be.

That's not luck. That's the system working the way it's supposed to.

What is the design process and timeline?
We get this question a lot. So here's the full honest answer.

This is a real walkthrough of what the experience actually feels like.

Because we think the best way to answer this question isn't with a list of phases. it's by showing you what each phase feels like from your side.

This is the Crib Concept experience. Hindi lang renovation, this is a process designed for your peace of mind.

📩 Message us the word JOURNEY we'll walk you through what this looks like for your specific unit.

You upgraded to a bigger unit. So why does it still feel like there's nowhere to put anything?

This is one of the most common things we see and it has nothing to do with teh size of your unit.

A 60 sqm unit can feel just as cramped as a 20 sqm one. Not because the space is insufficient, but because the space was never properly planned before it was filled.

Dito kasi tayo nagkakamali. Tama?

And then we buy more things. And add more things. And suddenly a unit that should feel open and livable or rentable feels like there's nowhere to breathe.

This is true especially sa ating mga Pilipino. We love filling our homes.

But without a plan that determines what goes where, and what doesn't belong at all, even unuts that is spacious will eventually feel smaller than it should.

Here's what intentional space planning actually changes:

Furniture that fits the scale of the room, not just furniture you liked in the store
Clear pathways that let the space breathe, no blocked corners, no furniture walls
Storage that's built in, so the floor stays clear and the room stays calm
A layout designed around how you actually live (or how you want to rent it) not around what fit in the delivery elevator

That's where we start with every client at Crib Concept.

Message us PLAN if your unit never quite felt right even after you furnished it.
and we'll talk about what intentional space planning looks like for your unit. 👇

Kapag nag-ca-canvass ka ng renovation companies here are the questions that you want to ask and hindi lang "magkano?"

Price is the easiest thing to compare but it's also the least useful.

Because the cheapest quote and the most expensive quote can both result in the exact same renovation nightmare if the company behind either one doesn't have the process, the documentation, or the accountability to back it up.

Here's what you need to take note of when comparing contractors:

Do they give you a real proposal? Not just a number
Do they have a documented process?
How do they communicate?
Can they show you real completed projects?
What happens when something goes wrong?

At kung hindi nila masagot, that's your answer.

Message us COMPARE and we'll walk you through how we approach question. No pressure, it will just be an honest conversation.

"Can you just give me a ballpark figure?"

We always get this question and we get why people ask.

You simply want to know kung pasok ba sa budget mo before spending time on a consultation.

The thing is, renovation costs aren't based on floor area alone.

Two homeowners can both have a 30 sqm condo, but completely different renovation goals. One might just need better storage and lighting, while another wants a full Airbnb-ready unit with custom cabinetry, upgraded finishes, and built-in furniture.

That's why we don't like giving random estimates without understanding your project first. We don't want to give you a number that's either too high, too low, or simply unrealistic.

At Crib Concept, we always start by understanding how you plan to use your space, what's most important to you, and what budget you're comfortable working with. From there, we can recommend the best approach based on your needs and not someone else's project.

Our consultation isn't about making the process more complicated (and it's FREE!)

It's about helping you make informed decisions before spending a single peso.

If you're still comparing renovation companies, we'd be happy to walk you through your options and help you understand what makes the most sense for your project. Send us a message to chat!
