Held last April 21–22, attendees experienced the full journey—from selecting and understanding fresh fruits, to learning the techniques behind transforming them into smooth, flavorful gelato. More than just a demonstration, it was a hands-on experience where they crafted their own batches from scratch.

Guided every step of the way by Chef Giacomo Schiavon, participants learned directly from a gelato master and gained real insight into the craft behind every scoop.
