Easy Chicken Chow Mein Spaghetti π | Better Than Takeaway!

βTender chicken, crunchy vegetables, and spaghetti tossed in a rich homemade chow mein sauce. Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! ππ

βIngredients For the Chicken
β
β* 600g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
β* 2 tbsp oyster sauce
β* 1 and ΒΌ tbsp light soy sauce
β* ΒΌ to Β½ tsp black pepper
β* ΒΌ tsp baking soda For the Noodles & Vegetables
β* 400g spaghetti
β* 200g cabbage, thinly sliced
β* 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
β* 1 cup carrots, julienned
β* 5 garlic cloves, minced
β* 5 green onions, chopped
β* 2 tbsp avocado oil (or any cooking oil) For the Sauce
β* 3 tbsp light soy sauce
β* 1 and ΒΌ tbsp dark soy sauce
β* 2 tbsp oyster sauce
β* 1 tbsp chicken stock (optional) or rice vinegar
β* 1 tbsp sugar
β* 2 tsp sesame oil

βMethod
β1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
β2. In a bowl, combine chicken with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and baking soda. Marinate for 10 minutes.
β3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
β4. Heat oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
β5. In the same pan, sautΓ© onion and garlic for 1β2 minutes.
β6. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3β4 minutes.
β7. Add the cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the pan.
β8. Pour over the sauce and toss everything together until evenly coated.
β9. Cook for another 2β3 minutes and serve hot.
