Protein overload! First time to prep and cook whole 10-lb turkey. It’s been three months and a half today since I got this supposedly for New Year’s eve but not in the mood to prep.
After 3 days thawing in the fridge, brined for 24 hours, roasted it unstuffed for 3.5hrs, and now here’s to enjoy a high protein, tender and delicous on its own. Don’t need a gravy or any sauce bec it turns out to be so moist and juicy from making the right brine process.
