Installment Terms & Conditions (Direct Payments Only)
💡For installment purchases not processed through online shopping platforms, our store policy gives priority to straight cash payments (Cash, Bank Transfer, GCash, and similar payment methods).
Customers who wish to purchase through our in-house installment plan must agree to the following terms:
💵Installment Period – The maximum installment term is 3 months, especially for new clients. Requests for longer terms are subject to management approval.
🗓Payment Schedule – A 50% down payment is required upon confirmation of the order, followed by 25% on the second month and the remaining 25% on the third month.
🎁Item Release – The purchased item(s) will serve as collateral during the installment period. As such, item(s) will only be released once the full payment has been completed.
❌️Cancellation & Forfeiture – If the buyer is unable to continue with the installment plan, all payments made are non-refundable, and the item(s) will be considered forfeited.
✅️Interest – No interest will be charged for installment plans with a term of up to 3 months.
📦Storage Fee – No storage fees will be charged for items under installment plans ranging from 30 days to 3 months."
