The Visionary: A master of postmodern architecture and first-place topnotcher who champions "functional design and fine workmanship," focusing on the intersection of art and utility to create enduring urban landmarks.

⭐ THE ICONIC PROJECT: Tektite Towers (Philippine Stock Exchange Centre)

The Design: A 33-storey twin-tower office development in Ortigas Center featuring a post-modern ziggurat-like facade inspired by tektite rock falling toward the earth. The design utilizes heavy concrete on lower levels and reflective glass on upper levels to make the buildings appear "lighter" at the top.

The Impact: Established in 1989 as the largest office complex in the country at the time, it served as the new home for the Manila Stock Exchange and redefined the Ortigas skyline with its iconic, dramatically lit silhouette.

Placemaking: Creates a high-value commercial node in Pasig City, housing the nation's premier financial bourse and connecting two towers via a 4-level podium to foster a massive, integrated professional environment.

We capped off the celebration with a tour of Gramercy, gaining firsthand insight into the exceptional build quality of our high-end condominium projects, while also appreciating the majestic views it provides to its occupants.
