With the theme, “Pagkarahay: Isip, Lawas, Kalag (Healing: Mind, Body & Soul)”, The Local Government Unit of Minalabac with the Kintab Artists Group Inc. would like to inform the Bikolano community that Pagkarahay II Art Festival, in collaboration with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), is calling for entries to its Art Competition.
