In a tropical climate, a solid wall is a heat battery.
At Boracay New Coast, the sun is constant, but the breeze is your greatest luxury.
We designed this 510-sqm residence around the Void. By carving deep recesses into the concrete Mass, we create "Breathing Pockets" that shield the 6 bedrooms from solar heat while funneling the sea breeze through the heart of the home.
