SHOP RULES and POLICY

MAKING A PURCHASE ON OUR SHOP MEANS YOU AGREE WITH EVERYTHING WRITTEN ON THIS DOCUMENT.

1. Placing an order means you have decided to make a purchase, and cancellation won't be allowed, unless under extenuating circumstances that we see valid or reasonable.
1.1. The Jeanjerbread Corner PH reserves the right to ban the person(s), as well as the delivery address of those who

will cancel their purchase unless the store is properly informed about the cancellation before processing and shipout. Failure to inform will result in permanent or soft-ban.
1.2. The Jeanjerbread Corner PH reserves the right to also refuse service to another account/username bearing the same delivery address, name, and contact details. The Jeanjerbread Corner PH will no longer honor orders made by a different person/alias/address/contact details if it is connected to a banned account/address/contact details.
2. Most of the time, the usual cause of delays are beyond our control (e.g. incorrect shipping address, unreachable mobile number, non-serviceable area, unforeseen weather circumstances, etc.) It is the buyer/consignee's responsibility to make follow-ups with our partner courier. The provided courier will always inform buyers of a pending delivery and will attempt to re-deliver if a delivery deadline is missed. Buyers must make time and organize their schedules for these circumstances. There is little room for reason why a package didn't deliver outside the control of the buyer. Purposely rejecting the package without informing The Jeanjerbread Corner PH shop will result in permanent ban/soft ban. Couriers have methods to ensure delivery was attempted and rejected on purpose. (Failed Delivery Attempts)
1. If the parcel gets returned back to us due to failed delivery attempt, whatever the reason may be, we reserve the right to soft ban from the store and services (varying between 1-5 months). As it is your responsibility to anticipate the package and set your schedule accordingly so you do not miss your paid package, we as the shop can only do so much with personal information. We cannot liaise between you and Xpost, when Xpost requires YOUR personal input and attention to fulfill a successful delivery.

2. No reasons will be honored, such as incorrect shipping address, no one home, or phone is inaccessible, those details are inputted by you (the buyer) to begin with, and if they are wrong, you should've corrected them before we procesed your order. Xpost has a way to ensure that deliveries are only delivered to the corresponding person(s) there is very little room for courier to be at fault and mistaken. Why you refuse to accept a paid order is beyond our understanding, just accept the order. If the items are no longer needed, LET US KNOW even if you accepted the order and we will gladly refund your money once the items have been returned to us. There is no penalty or risk if we are properly informed.
2.1. If you find you no longer need the items before shipping (meaning before we start packing and preparing, before it leaves our facility) LET US KNOW, so that we can start the process of cancellation and refund. If the items were used, tampered with, or otherwise broken, ONLY partial refunds will be given and we will require the broken items to be sent back to us before a refund is issued. Addendum: Any intention to deceive, or hide, or misrepresent yourself when ordering will result in permanent ban. This shop will not honor friends/relatives/or otherwise ordering for you using the same address information or different connected to an already banned account/address. Simply put: Rule 1. Please don't reject your package no matter what reason. Coordinate with the courier to receive it, for them to re-attempt to re-deliver or most importantly, tell us that the items won't be needed hence your rejection of the package. Rule 2. There is no harm in letting us know you do not want something, trying to reason out why you could not receive your paid item indicates that the responsibility to get your items rests on you and the setting up a schedule with the courier to re-deliver. We cannot organize that for you. REFUND POLICY
1. 100% refund shall be given for orders that have been canceled BEFORE processing and shipout.
2. 100% refund shall be given for incomplete/missing items as long as the buyer managed to take a photo before removing them from the original packaging and it has been reported within 3 days of receipt. DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN and REFUND POLICY
1. 100% refund shall be given for defective items once they have been successfully returned to our shop within 3 days of receipt, and we have guaranteed that it was really defective (broken) prior to sending it, and it was not the buyer's fault (such as mishandling).
2. Partial refund (amount to be discussed) for damaged and defective items that don't have to be returned as long as the buyer reported it within 3 days or receipt.
3. No refunds shall be given for claims that are 2 weeks old and beyond. Supplementary Addendum:
1. Complete full name, with a supporting ID shall be provided on the shipping details. In such a case the buyer refuses to provide this, the shop has the right to refuse service, and if it's the shop that has to cancel the order, because the buyer is being uncooperative, we also have the right to blacklist and report the person to Shopee.

2. It's highly advisable for the buyer to take a video of him opening the package, to have a valid proof in case there has been some issues-- as Shopee also requires this to grant a refund. Failure to follow the shop rules and these addendum rules, will result in a permanent ban. We're notifying you here now that there are no hidden strings, tricks, or abuse. The rules are laid bare for clear understanding and the choice of the buyer to follow them or not. If they're broken willingly, you (the buyer) understand its consequences. Any constructive criticism that helps us improve and NOT denigrate due to hurt feelings, is welcomed. This shop invokes the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or no reason at all.
