What is your business and its product?
• Gids Custom LED is a business that designs and creates customized decorative LED wall, table etc. Our LED product is customizable where you can control and make your own color, pattern/ flow, brightness and effects for each LED lights.
2. How to operate our customized LED?
• To operate the customized LED piece, the client needs to have an outlet, Wifi and
a cellphone. We provide a manual to our customers upon delivery of the item.
3. How much is your product?
• Our product starts in a 12 inches x 12 inches (12x12) design. Price varies depending on the complexity of the design, size, type of LED and materials to be used.
4. Do you require down payment?
• We placed the order once the design was agreed and down payment has been made. We require at least 50% down payment for every order. The remaining balance will be settled before shipping the item.
5. When will I receive my order?
• A regular 12x12 design will usually take 2 to 3 days to complete from the date of the agreed design and the down payment has been made.
• Time of completion may vary depending on the complexity of design, availability of materials and number of orders in our calendar. Timeframe of completion will be disclosed before placing the order. We will send a day by day progress of your order via messenger.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
• Payments may be made thru gcash or bank transfer.
7. What are the shipping options?
• We offer free shipping in some parts of Quezon City and Marikina City depending on the size of your order.
• Your item may also be shipped via Lalamove, Grab and LBC where the shipping fee is shouldered by the client.
