We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman 🍃

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Architecture, Architectural Drafting Technology, or related course
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and SketchUp Layout
- Able to support the development of technical drawings
- Ability to translate concept designs into detailed technical drawings
- Basic understanding of building codes, standards, and construction methods
- Experience in residential and/or villa projects is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good in communication skills when coordinating with Engineers and other disciplines
- Willing to work in Quezon City
