Glory to God for our 14th year Anniversary.. By His grace we were able to survive and sustain our design and build business. We would like also to extend our gratitude to our beloved clients for trusting us your projects, our business partners, and our Team Koinoarch for the continues dedication and loyalty to our team.

Our Story

KOINOARCH Architects + Planners is a boutique architectural, interior, graphics, construction and project management firm founded way-back in 2010. The firm is the reminiscent of the E.L Demingoy Architects, which started its “remote/ overseas” practice in Singapore (1995-2010) in which Ar. Eric L. Demingoy, the firms Principal Architect is working as Senior Designer and Project Manager in some well known local base and multi-national design firms in Singapore.

Koinoarch- where inspired from the Greek word “Koinos, Koinonia ” which means fellowship, where inspired by the brotherly bonding of firm’s early partners who were they are of the same Born-Again Christian church in Singapore, the Word International Ministries…. Thus Koinoarch Architects + Planners were born; the” fellowship of the architects”.

DESIGN ADAPTATION - “Koinoarch” , as the firm is fondly called, is well known for its contemporary, tropical-Asian strokes, a combination of wide roof eaves, “butterfly roofs”, heaven bound roof directions, but does not for aesthetic look only but more for the solutions of the problem that we have experienced in today’s climate change. Having this kind of roof profile, maximizes the ceiling height inside and able to let the light penetrates inside the house but screen the glare thru wide roof eaves. Butterfly roofs maximize the rain water harvesting that is always incorporated in every firm’s designed projects.

PHILOSOPHY – The above forms and reasons manifest the firm’s philosophy of “taking care the 3 Ps”- the People (Client and stakeholders), the Place (environment), and Profit( return of investment; either monetary or tangible asset). All must be address fairly and properly to make the project a success. The firm is committed to produce a quality good design that focus on the protection of environment so that the habitat who are dwelling on it will gain from what-ever sustainable result of the design that was been offered.
